Payroll Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Services Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our payroll services, driving growth, and managing a team of experts.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, excellent leadership skills, and experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain valuable business partnerships.
- Oversee the full scope of payroll services and associated tasks.
- Manage and support a team of highly skilled payroll professionals in daily payroll operations.
- Process and review client payrolls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Optimize payroll processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advise clients on payroll-related queries and best practices.
Your Profile
- A deep understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- 6-10 years of experience in processing multi-client payrolls, ideally within a Business Process Outsourcing environment.
- Relevant education or qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and social skills necessary for managing teams, building client relationships, and engaging with senior management.
- Experience with Epos is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
