Expert in Lean Transformation

Svendborg Brakes, a Global Leader in Intelligent Brake Solutions, is seeking a competent Lean Manager to drive growth and development through the application of lean tools and methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evolving business systems and tools, such as 6Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, value stream, and other lean tools in our facilities.

The Lean Manager will collaborate with the facilities' teams and management to drive a culture of continuous improvement, exemplifying the culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Key responsibilities include applying lean tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement and business objectives, coaching and mentoring leaders in the lean tool box, collaborating with leadership to prioritize top-level improvement priorities, and driving transformation in challenging areas.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a technical discipline. A Black Belt in Lean or equivalent experience in a lean business system is also preferable. You should have experience with Lean transformation and rollout, as well as business strategy planning and development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, general computer skills, and knowledge of English and Danish at a native level are essential.
