Job Description

As a Site Manager at PowerCon, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success in the green transition. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and technical knowledge to lead our construction sites.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and driving construction sites, ensuring timely and correct project deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring strong collaboration with customers, external parties, and local partners.
  2. Managing subcontractors and contractors.
  3. Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and delivering quality.
  4. Acting as the single point of contact for customers, external parties, and internal stakeholders at PowerCon.

You will also contribute to cross-departmental collaboration at PowerCon and help develop HSE concepts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in teams, taking on responsibility, and adapting well to changing work environments. It is an advantage if you have a technical background, possess strong language skills in Danish, English, and German, and are service-minded with a focus on close dialogue with customers.

Salary and Benefits
