About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction sites on behalf of PowerCon in close collaboration with the Principal Project Manager. You will join a newly established team where you are expected to take ownership of the site from start to finish. In your role, you will lead PowerCon's projects to success by ensuring proper project execution on site. You will ensure timely and correct project deliveries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring strong collaboration with customers, external parties, and local partners.
- Managing subcontractors and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and delivering quality.
- Acting as the single point of contact for customers, external parties, and internal stakeholders at PowerCon.
As a Site Manager, you will also contribute to cross-departmental collaboration at PowerCon and to the standardization and development of processes and documents. Additionally, you will help ensure and develop HSE concepts. PowerCon is in constant development, which means that as a Site Manager, you will have a wide range of exciting projects and tasks to tackle. It is important that you are eager to join a company where there are many opportunities to influence the culture, workflows, and processes.
In this role, approximately 100 travel days per year are expected.

It is an advantage if you:
- Have a technical background.
- Possess strong language skills in Danish, English, and German, both written and spoken.
- Are service-minded and driven by close dialogue with customers.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in site management.

As of 1/1/24, PowerCon will move into modern facilities when the new factory and headquarters in Hobro are inaugurated, providing 3600 m2 of production capacity with an accompanying testing hall and modern office facilities to ensure optimal conditions for PowerCon's continued growth.
