We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Program Director to lead our most complex projects and programs in the Nordic region.

As a Senior Program Director at Ascom, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Your success as a Senior Program Director will be measured by your ability to:

  • SUCCESSFULLY DELIVER PROJECTS THAT EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
  • LEAD AND DEVELOP HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
  • MANAGE RISKS AND Issues PROACTIVELY TO MINIMIZE DELAYS AND COST OVERRUNS

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading complex ICT projects with at least 8 years in IT, telecom, or healthcare
  • Project Management certification is an advantage
  • Experience in process development and continuous improvements

We offer a competitive salary of approximately **NOK 1,200,000** per annum, plus excellent benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, fully covered parental leave, sick pay, and a monthly gym membership allowance.
