Job Title: Lean Specialist

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking a highly skilled Lean Specialist to join our Operational Excellence department. As a Lean Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and optimizing our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on production trimming, value-creating processes, and improvement of existing routines and procedures.
  • Deploy Lean standards and respective documentation.
  • Organize workshops with Blue Collars and white collars to optimize and create more Lean processes.
  • Propose new Lean projects, evaluate costs/benefits, and oversee their rollout.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of successful Lean implementation, including change management experience and project management experience.
  • Facilitation of process mapping and process improvement design.
  • Experience with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • High level of English and Danish language proficiency.
