The Role

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Leader to join our leadership team. As a member of our Global Clinical Development organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the operational strategy of our clinical trials.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing a portfolio of studies, collaborating closely with other leaders across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders from different professional, geographical, and cultural backgrounds, as well as externally, including governance responsibilities of Clinical Research Organizations (CROs).

Your Future Team

As part of our leadership team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the broader Global Clinical Development organization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience with responsibility for groups or departments.
  • Able to achieve results through delegation of responsibilities, motivation of staff, and by developing a high-performance culture.
  • Skilled at managing deadlines and working with multiple priorities using effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • MSc level within medical, pharmaceutical, or biological sciences.
