About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Audience Relationship Management team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Marketing Activation Product team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that enables data-led and audience-first experiences for our customers globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the Audience Relationship Management team, ensuring alignment with our customer data platform and personalization strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to plan, prioritize, and govern audience data and usage.
  • Customer Data Platform Priorities: Lead the planning and development of customer data platform (CDP) priorities, collaborating with global teams and local markets to ensure the product roadmap meets business needs.
  • Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and presenting progress to stakeholders.
  • Partner Network: Establish and maintain a cross-functional network of partners, including product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Product Objectives and Key Results: Own, lead, and report on product objectives and key results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in marketing technology, customer data platforms, and cross-functional team leadership.
