We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team at Radiometer. As a key member of our Manufacturing and Operations department, you will be responsible for leading the ABL90 Instruments Team as Value Stream Manager, overseeing the production of our flagship diagnostic device.
Your primary focus will be on driving quality, improving flow, and increasing production capacity to meet the growing demand for our products. You will work closely with your team, including Engineers, Technicians, and indirect Operators, to ensure a healthy and safe working environment and to interact with internal stakeholders to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive focus on quality and improving flow and lead time to increase production capacity
- Daily management of production activities in close collaboration with your team
- Improvement/maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment
- Interacting with all internal stakeholders influencing the team's objectives
- Ensure new product introduction with success on Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives
- Bachelor or master's in Mechanical/Production/Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years of experience from a production environment
- 3+ years Leadership experience managing a team of production support & operators
- Production/Project planning experience
- Desires and motivation to work in a LEAN culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work actively with change management
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
