About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Medical Writing to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our Medical Writing department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and writing complex clinical documents to support medical and regulatory activities across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and authoring of clinical and regulatory documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks with desired quality.
  • Develop and implement medical writing strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Manage and oversee the work of medical writers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and review of standard processes and templates for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in life sciences and at least 10 years' medical or scientific writing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive experience writing clinical documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
  • Expert understanding of regulatory requirements and drug development processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
