Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our Global Medical Affairs team at Genmab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical support to the development and execution of our Global Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Global Medical Affairs plans in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Provide medical monitoring and oversight for company-sponsored clinical trials.
- Support cross-functional pre-launch/launch activities and prepare presentations for internal training and external audiences.
- Serve as a medical and content expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Play a key role in planning and executing Global advisory boards and other Key Opinion Leader meetings.
- Represent Genmab at key Global medical conferences/meetings.
- Provide input for Medical and Promotional Review Committees.
- Contribute to local regulatory/reimbursement/policy related documents and interactions.
- Strong commercial aptitude and/or experience in Oncology, preferably within hematologic malignancies.
- Prior industry experience, ideally including pre-launch & launch experience within Oncology and/or Hematology.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze short- and long-term program impacts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work globally across time zones and travel internationally to conferences and meetings.
