IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Digital & IT team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and ensuring operational excellence in our production facilities.

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on people and business processes.
• Operational Performance: Ensure quality, delivery, cost, environment, health & safety, and compliance with current and future GxP standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the introduction of new technology, share best practices, and practice change management to improve IT systems and processes.
• Site-Specific Strategies: Implement site-specific strategies and anchor them within your team and the plants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Goal Setting and Feedback: Set and share goals for your team and individuals, provide performance feedback and development plans, and ensure clear and timely communication, coordination, and collaboration between employees and stakeholders.
• IT Systems and Budget Management: Manage local IT systems and budget to ensure efficient operations of the production facilities.

• Academic Background: Engineering, pharma, IT, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in both Danish and English.
• Manufacturing IT Systems: Knowledge of Manufacturing IT systems (MES – Manufacturing Execution System, DCS – Distributed Control Systems and PLC systems) and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
• GxP Standards and Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with GxP standards, regulatory requirements, and experience in budget management.
