Global IT Technical Coordinator

A Global Opportunity
Danish Crown, a leading food producer with a global reach, is seeking a Technical Coordinator for its Global IT division. As a key member of the Technical Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in bridging between internal customers, external vendors, and MES consultants and developers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in all project phases, from idea to handover at the factories.
- Ensure project execution meets timeline and budget requirements.
- Manage project teams consisting of various stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, and customers.
- Set requirements for suppliers and internal deliverables.
- Understand technical solutions without being an expert, leveraging available expertise.
- Handle technical deliverables onsite and from headquarters.
- Set clear goals and provide feedback to the team and colleagues.
- Contribute to building relationships between the global project leader, project participants, and stakeholders.
About the Role:
This is a challenging position with a wide range of projects within IT and production. Each project is unique, and you will have significant influence and a varied workday. Expect up to 30-60 travel days a year, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
We are looking for a technically proficient Technical Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude. You may have previously worked as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant, or Business Consultant with an interest in the technical aspects and coordination of projects. You hold a relevant education (IT, Engineering, Automation etc.) at bachelor's or master's level and have a couple of years of experience within technical project management and working in an agile environment, preferably from a larger company. You master English and Danish at the negotiating level.
