Technical Coordinator, Global IT

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our Global IT team in Randers, Denmark. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the development of our future IT platform and collaborating with our international team to deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Participating in all project phases, from idea to handover at our factories.
  2. Executing projects on time and within budget.
  3. Managing project teams and stakeholders.
  4. Acting as a liaison between business, IT, and our customers.
  5. Setting requirements for suppliers and internal deliverables.
  6. Understanding technical solutions without being an expert.
  7. Handling technical deliverables onsite and from headquarters.
  8. Setting clear goals and providing feedback to the team.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects within IT and production, with significant influence and a varied workday. Expect up to 30-60 travel days per year, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

We are looking for a technically proficient Technical Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude, who has previously worked as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant, or Business Consultant with an interest in technical aspects and coordination of projects.

You should hold a relevant education (IT, Engineering, Automation, etc.) at bachelor's or master's level and have a couple of years of experience within technical project management and working in an agile environment, preferably from a larger company.

You should be comfortable with finding your way through ambiguity and situations where stakeholders hold divergent opinions. You should also be comfortable at all levels within the organization.

You should have a good technical understanding and the ability to drive processes together with a structured and analytical approach.
