About the role

The Programmes Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the annual management cycle, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring the timely completion of all key tasks and deadlines related to the management annual cycle.

  • Main responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Global Senior Director of StudyPro, you will hold a key position with a focus on financial controlling for project and LoB budgets.
  • Closely collaborating with the Global Senior Director and the Leadership team, you will ensure smooth budget processes, efficient planning, and accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures.
  • You will also oversee all aspects of the annual management cycle, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring the timely completion of all key tasks and deadlines related to the management annual cycle.

As part of the administrative network across the CVP area, you will collaborate on coordination and projects, drive ongoing improvements, and engage in knowledge sharing initiatives.
