About the Team

We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to driving digital transformation within the global Retail organization.

As a Programme Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our project managers, architects, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver cutting-edge data solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and coordinating all aspects of the programme, including detailed project plans, resource allocation, risks, dependency management, and status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LEAD THE PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT NECESSARY TO ENABLE STRATEGIC BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION WITHIN THE DATA & ANALYTICS DOMAIN.
  • DRIVE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MULTIPLE CONCURRENT WORKSTREAMS WITHIN THE NEW DATA PLATFORM PROGRAMME.
  • Maintain a strong end-to-end technical understanding of the solution being built.
  • IDENTIFY POTENTIAL RISKS ACROSS ASSIGNED AREAS AND COLLABORATE WITH TEAMS AND MANAGEMENT TO MITIGATE THESE RISKS PROACTIVELY.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related experience in technical programme/project management.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops (preferred), JIRA, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Cloud Environments, and general software engineering domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies along with a relevant Agile certification.
