  4. Prioritize the team backlog (deliverables) and streamline the execution of program priorities
  5. Facilitate workshops to come up with the best ideas and drive team success

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a commercial business role with a digital/superuser angle
  • Experience from commercial projects, having previously taken a role in delivering them across functions or countries
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, being an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver
  • Leadership skills to take a leadership role in decision making for your team and product
