We are seeking a skilled Data Science and Analysis Manager to join our team in Princeton, NJ USA; Copenhagen, Denmark; or Utrecht, the Netherlands. This role will be based in one of our offices and is hybrid, allowing for remote work opportunities with strong preference for those based in Eastern or Central Time Zones (US) or European time zones in Copenhagen, Denmark and Utrecht, the Netherlands.

The proposed salary band for this position is $76,000-$110,000 per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.

About the Role
  • This senior-level role requires expertise in data analysis and programming, with a strong focus on developing high-quality data summaries in tables, figures, and listings for decision-making.
  • You will provide support to the Lead programmer and collaborate with Data Management, Statistics, Drug Safety, Medical, Clinical Pharmacology, and Biomarker functions by developing and writing corresponding SAS or other programs.
Responsibilities
  1. Reviews CRFs for adequacy and consistency.
  2. Supports the establishment and maintenance of Genmab SDTM and ADaM database standards.
  3. Performs database standards consistency checks on databases delivered by the preferred DM & Statistics vendor to Genmab.
  4. Produces other in-house checks of data consistencies.
  5. Solves complex problems using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Aids in sponsor oversight of programming activities on the DM & Statistics vendor.
  7. Participates in knowledge sharing, skill building, and good collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues.
  8. Maintains up-to-date knowledge and competencies within relevant therapeutic and professional areas.
  9. Maintains a good working relationship with stakeholders and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Has experience with the SAS software package and other programming languages (such as R and Python).
  • Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a Programmer (for Senior Programming Associate level).
