As a Senior Director, you will lead a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical trial design and execution, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to incorporate patients' voices in clinical drug development, leveraging their expertise in patient-centricity and patient engagement.
Responsibilities">- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient engagement and centricity in clinical drug development.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination across departments.
- Lead a team of professionals in developing and executing clinical trials that prioritize patient needs and outcomes.
- Prioritize innovation and continuous improvement, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Advanced degree (MSc or higher) in Life Sciences or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical drug development or the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of leadership and innovation.
- Proven expertise in patient-centricity, patient engagement, and clinical trial design and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners.
