Copenhagen Business School's Center of Corporate Governance is one of the leading research centers in Europe, focusing on core areas such as ownership structures, board work, and governance, risk, and compliance. As an Assistant Professor in Enterprise Foundations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to these research areas, exploring topics like value creation, corporate responsibility, long-term ownership, and board structures.
You will work closely with our professor and research group to develop and deliver high-quality research and teaching programs, leveraging our unique datasets and expertise in the field. Your research will be supported by the CBS and Novo Nordisk Foundation.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a PhD degree, demonstrate professional proficiency in English, and have a strong background in quantitative empirical research. Experience with corporate governance is an advantage, but not required.
