We are seeking a highly skilled IT recruiter to join our team at emagine Consulting A/S. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the IT sector.

About the Role:

  • Search and recruit international IT professionals with expertise in ERP & CRM roles.
  • Facilitate matching IT specialists with prestigious companies.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends in the IT industry to make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Contribute to the further development of our recruitment processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Motivated personality with at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contracting.
  • Independent and responsible, able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
  • Candidate-oriented approach with a sales mentality, focused on finding the best matches for candidates and clients.
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting, proactive and business-minded.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in an international environment, comfortable working with diverse teams and clients.
  • Sector-specific experience, proven experience in recruiting for ERP & CRM roles: SAP Consultants, Salesforce Consultants, Oracle ERP Specialists.
