As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering technical training to our technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for our technicians
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training content
  • Conduct training sessions at our training facility in Esbjerg
  • Provide technical support to the Site Training department and Construction Site Resources

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of electronics or experience as an electrician
  • Background in operational environment with experience in training development or delivery
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment
