We are excited to welcome investment fund Main Capital Partners as our new majority shareholder. Over the next 5 years, our focus is on growing the company from over €10 million to €50-60 million through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Key Role: CFO

We are seeking an experienced CFO to spearhead the finance side of the business. This includes optimizing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as working with add-on acquisitions and integrations. As a C-suite member, you will help develop and fulfill the group's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Finance Function: Optimize reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth and decision-making.
2. Strategic Acquisitions: Work with the management team to identify and execute strategic acquisitions that drive growth and expansion.
3. M&A Processes: Engage in M&A processes and due diligence work, supported by Main Capital Partners.

Requirements:

1. Master's Degree: Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. International Experience: Proven track record of working in international teams and understanding of corporate structures.
3. Financial Expertise: Skilled in running the yearly cycle of financial routines, including annual reports.
4. Project Management: Experience in project management, particularly in internal improvement activities.
