As a key member of our C-suite team, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence across our global operations. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to optimize our financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will also play a crucial role in leading M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration of acquired businesses, and fostering a culture of financial discipline throughout the organization.

1. Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
2. Lead the finance function in preparing annual reports, budgets, and forecasts that align with our business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost optimization and implement process improvements.
4. Drive M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
5. Ensure effective communication of financial performance to the board and stakeholders.

• A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven track record of driving financial excellence and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
