Marine Operations Supervisor

Are you a highly skilled and experienced professional in marine operations and safety? Do you have a strong background in offshore drilling unit operations and maintenance? We are seeking a Marine Operations Supervisor to join our team at Noble.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate marine operations and maintenance activities on offshore drilling units.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of drilling units.
- Monitor and report on marine operations and maintenance activities, including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine operations and maintenance, preferably in offshore drilling unit operations.
- Strong knowledge of marine systems, safety procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
