At Expro, we're a visionary full-cycle energy services expert dedicated to delivering novel, insightful solutions, dependable competency, and award-winning safety. Our team is currently recruiting for a Tubular Running Specialist to join the Tubular Running Services team based in Esberg.
Job Purpose
The Tubular Running Specialist will be responsible for performing Tubular Running operations in an onshore or offshore environment, involving the running of various types and sizes of tubulars utilizing a suite of tubular running equipment as instructed by line management and/or field supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Tubular Running operations in accordance with Expro's operational procedural documentation, promptly informing supervisor and/or line management of any operational breaches of procedure.
- Exercise right to Stop Work Authority during operations when personal or another individual's safety is at risk.
- Participate in job preparation and operations in the field environment, developing skills to act as Night Supervisor as required by Field Supervisor and/or Line Management.
- Develop and demonstrate competence in all relevant disciplines required towards assigned grade, referencing competency matrix for grade-specific requirements.
- Meet operational deadlines, including check-ins, flights/travel obligations, safety meetings, toolbox talks & shift configurations.
- Assist in population and continuous update of rig site inventory, identifying and reporting any discrepancies/concerns to Field Supervisor and/or Line Management.
- Attend and professionally represent Expro at client meetings as required.
- Participate in worksite safety programs as required.
- Actively participate in job briefing and de-briefing alongside onshore co-ordinator and field supervisor(s), identify and report any concerns/areas of improvement observed during operation.
- Assist onshore / workshop operations in Expro's facilities as required.
- Populate and issue operational documentation to a high level of accuracy, submitting to Operations Office for processing.
- Adhere to Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures, and processes to ensure highest ethical standards are maintained, and exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation is minimized. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
- Comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' prior experience in a similar role.
- Offshore medical and basic training (Preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word.
- Suitable knowledge of product line equipment.
