About the Role

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Business Performance team within TechOps. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic development of TechOps, influencing business direction and decisions at the highest levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with TechOps senior management to develop and implement TechOps manufacturing strategy
  • Conduct thorough analyses to define our competitive positioning and recommend investments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance management systems to track and report on key operational metrics
  • Create and implement standardized reporting processes to ensure consistent and accurate data collection across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract data necessary for assessments and present findings in clear and concise PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
  • Experience with strategic consultancy within supply chain or manufacturing
  • Solid experience working with senior management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international business environment
  • Experience running business cases, prioritizing data, and translating assessments into strong PowerPoint presentations
  • Intrinsic motivation to continuously educate yourself and ability to pick up new information fast
