Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and execute supply planning strategies that align with Ambu's objectives. Your decisions will influence product availability, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Identify and address supply chain risks. Whether facing disruptions in raw material supply or unexpected demand shifts, your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams; Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Demand Planning, to optimize the flow of goods. Your ability to work seamlessly across functions will be essential. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance. Data-driven insights will inform your decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process. We are committed to evolving and staying ahead of industry trends.Required Experience in Planning
Over 5 years of proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. You understand the complexities of balancing supply and demand. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. High energy, motivation, accountability, and a strong desire to achieve results alongside your colleagues. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or production engineering. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience working with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential. Preferred experience in the medical equipment sector, although not mandatory.Join us for a career #ForeverForward
