About the Role

DFDS A/S is committed to driving positive development within the ESG landscape. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled CSRD Controller to join our team and enhance our commitment to transparency and reliability in ESG disclosures.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in refining our procedures, processes, and data quality to ensure compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. This involves collecting vital ESG data across all parts of the DFDS group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare CSRD reporting with a focus on quantitative data points.
  • Establish and maintain processes and controls to support the ESG reporting.
  • Develop and maintain ESG accounting practices and guidelines.
  • Play a key role in the enhancement and automation of ESG data collection tools/systems.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid understanding of data audit and controls. A structured approach and ability to work in a small team embracing challenge and change are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, audit, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CSRD is an advantage, but a keen interest in sustainability is more important.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial or sustainability reporting, auditing, controlling, or related fields.
