We are seeking a highly skilled researcher and educator to join our team at DTU Sustain. As a Data Scientist in Water Systems, you will have the opportunity to boost your career as a researcher and educator in the area of data acquisition in water systems.

The successful candidate will work at the forefront of science, providing guidance and solutions to major societal challenges related to climate change, circularity, sustainability, and environmental quality. You will be part of a team of talented researchers and educators who share your passion for making a positive impact on society.

In this role, you will perform high-level research on data acquisition in water infrastructures and natural water bodies in urban and peri-urban areas, addressing a wide range of water quality indicators and water matrices.

Your primary tasks will include teaching and supervising BSc and MSc student projects, performing research at an international level, developing new monitoring approaches based on sensing technologies, and contributing to research and funding acquisition within the section.
