Job Title: Manager of Operational Excellence Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Operational Excellence Team to lead our team of 13 professionals specializing in digital training, LEAN assessments, and strategy deployment. As a key member of our Sustainability & Operational Excellence department, you will be responsible for driving the training and LEAN agenda within our Development Drug Portfolio & Emerging Technologies (DPP & ET) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Nurture a psychologically safe environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular meetings and alignment sessions.
  • Ensure team activities are aligned with business needs and strategy.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to optimize solutions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant academic background and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Leadership skills that foster psychological safety and develop employees.
  • Well-developed strategic sense and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset to address challenges and risks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
About the Department:

You will be part of the Sustainability & Operational Excellence department, consisting of three teams: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Sustainability & Safety, and your team, Training & LEAN. You will be part of the S&OE management team.
