Clinical Professor of Gastroenterology and Hepatology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professor to join our team at the Gastrounit, Medical Section at Copenhagen University Hospital – Amager and Hvidovre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our clinical research and teaching programs in gastroenterology and hepatology, while also providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical research and teaching programs in gastroenterology and hepatology
- Provide high-quality patient care as a consultant in internal medicine: gastroenterology and hepatology
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement new treatments and therapies
- Contribute to the development of our department's research strategy and goals
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Board-certified specialist in internal medicine: gastroenterology and hepatology
- Proven track record of leading clinical research and teaching programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong leadership and management skills
