About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Application Provider to join our team at Nordea Asset Management. As a key member of our NIM IT Support team, you will be responsible for protecting our business and customers by prudently managing the NAM Application Portfolio within Application Management.

Responsibilities

You will address technical issues impacting application performance and availability, work within risk and technology constraints, and drive mitigating actions for technical risks, compliance, and audit matters within your application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver great leadership by engaging and motivating your team to reach out for our vision and strategy.
  • Drive and secure continuous alignment and collaboration with BATLs, Application Owners, Key Business Stakeholders, and Key IT Stakeholders.
  • Assess the vulnerabilities of Nordea Asset Management Business systems and environments.
  • Support incident management and ensure application continuity and availability processes and testing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Broad and relevant experience working with application management lifecycle.
  • Solid experience with financial institution software and services.
  • A tactful diplomat, along with superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
