You will play a key role in providing insights for the future direction of our company and partnering the business in delivering our strategic goals. You will interact with stakeholders within and outside Finance, and the experience gained in this position will open ways for further career progression across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Drive performance management and support business decision-making within Ocean functions.
- Support stakeholders in defining process quality, cost, and efficiency goals and establishing a link to the Technology roadmap.
- Provide financial input and guidance to relevant business cases and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide recommendations and drive results together with business stakeholders.
- Be accountable for timely, high-quality, and fit-for-purpose reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance to accounting principles and risk and control framework for the products in scope.
- Ensure close collaboration with other parts of the Finance organization.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration combined with 3+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Finance, Accounting, or Strategy.
The ideal candidate for the role will have a passion to drive results together with colleagues, strong academic records, and a proven track record of driving business results.
