You'll work with amazing and diverse colleagues who are deeply committed to living our values and working together to achieve our goals. You'll join the Ocean Product Finance team, where you'll be exposed to the strategy, technology, and innovation of our core ocean product.
Key Responsibilities- Drive performance management and support business decision-making within Ocean functions.
- Support stakeholders in defining process quality, cost, and efficiency goals and establishing a link to the Technology roadmap.
- Provide financial input and guidance to relevant business cases and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide recommendations and drive results together with business stakeholders.
- Be accountable for timely, high-quality, and fit-for-purpose reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance to accounting principles and risk and control framework for the products in scope.
- Ensure close collaboration with other parts of the Finance organization.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration combined with 3+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Finance, Accounting, or Strategy.
The ideal candidate for the role will have a passion for driving results together with colleagues, strong academic records, and a proven track record of driving business results.

- Skillful Microsoft Office package users, including Microsoft Power BI.
