About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing IT team in Copenhagen. As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining computers, software deployments, and configurations. You will also manage Intune, Entra AD, and our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing devices and policies via Intune, as well as managing users and groups via Entra AD. You will also oversee license management for our software products and govern access to ensure security and compliance.
Additionally, you will purchase IT equipment and maintain the asset inventory. You will create and maintain guides and articles for our self-service site, supporting user autonomy and reducing IT workload.
This is an in-office role based in Christianshavn, Copenhagen, with occasional travel to our Berlin and Eindhoven offices. We expect about five days of travel per year for local IT projects and maintaining the local IT setup.
Your Qualifications
- You have previous experience as an IT Support or similar role.
- You have experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
- You enjoy working with hardware and software and have a higher-than-average understanding of both.
- You are service-minded, helping others comes naturally to you.
- You are a structured, responsible, open-minded team player who takes initiative and gets things done.
- You have a positive mindset, and helping comes naturally to you.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
Benefits and Environment
