Job Requirements
The Director of Commercial Finance will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies across the Gaming Division. This role requires a deep understanding of finance business processes and their integration within broader corporate processes. The successful candidate will possess several years of experience in commercial finance roles, with a proven track record of accomplishment in similar positions. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to lead projects, and drive team performance to meet deliverables. Additionally, they will have the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization, present complex information clearly in a business language, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a trusted advisor to the division Business Finance Officer and Regional GMs, the Director of Commercial Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the Gaming Division. They will assist in formulating and developing regional strategic initiatives, work with commercial leaders to validate conclusions and influence decisions, and define KPIs and leading metrics for the regions or brand. Furthermore, the Director of Commercial Finance will support the commercial organization to ensure all material investments are reviewed from multiple perspectives, model investment opportunities, and provide overall recommendations.
