Customer Experience Coordinator

">As a Client Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our international sales team based in Copenhagen. Your primary responsibility will be to handle administrative tasks for our Client Care Team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and clinics.
You will be responsible for sending compliant documentation to clinics, assisting clients in finding the right donor, handling orders and shipment requests, and supporting our System Specialist with back-office and other practical tasks.
In addition, you will provide personalized service to clients via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and competent communication with clients and clinics.
