Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager, Finished Production to lead the implementation of expansion projects for Finished Production Factories globally.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry within assembly and packaging.
  • A strong track record of leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Science-based and Risk-based Validation (SRV) processes.
Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager, Finished Production will be responsible for:

  • Implementing standards at sites, including building, equipment, validation, and operation documentation.
  • Working closely with site projects for implementation projects across FFEx sites as the FP Site Module Lead.
  • Coordinating between Site, FFEx, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to FFEx standards and on time.
  • Managing specific interfaces between the modules for the specific site based on the standard module interface alignment.
  • Ensuring that schedules for equipment and standards are aligned and linked to the site's execution schedule.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • An academic degree in Project Management, Innovation, or a related field.
  • Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
Work Environment

This role will be based in Lyngby, but international travel may be required due to collaboration with global sites.Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
