Our Offer

As a Financial Analyst in the FP&A for SG&A and Technology team, you will be a key partner for Technology senior management, providing strategic financial guidance and support. You will drive the overall financial planning and reporting for Maersk Technology Platforms, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Partnering: Contribute to business decisions and enable follow-up within the Technology Run. Perform scenario analysis for senior leadership teams and dedicated finance business partnering teams, and provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to business needs.
  2. Performance Management: Drive accurate, timely, and aligned reporting of financial performance. Act as the analytical anchor point for performance reviews and drive follow-up.
  3. Financial Planning: Lead the budget and forecasting process across the Technology function, including setting direction for timelines, targets, templates, and overall governance.
  4. Continuous Improvements and Process Ownership: Drive continuous improvement of our cloud-based financial planning platform to leverage advanced insights and automation. Own the Key Data Structure (KDS) of the E2E Technology financial operating model across Technology Finance and drive required improvements, optimizations, and maintenance of same through close collaboration with offshore teams.
  5. Collaboration: Liaise with our off-shore operations to ensure quality, timeliness, and continuous offshoring of transactional tasks, and continuously partner with our internal teams to ensure alignment on processes and deliverables.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance, combined with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience from global companies working in FP&A or Finance Partnering roles. Experience partnering with Technology functions will be a strong advantage.

You will have exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will possess:

  1. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, combined with the ability to maintain a helicopter view.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong integrity, and a collaboration mindset that allows you to successfully interact with people at all levels in a global organization.
  3. Be a self-starting person who is able to manage projects without much supervision, driven by a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  4. Be used to and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment, dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time, and being able to work against tight deadlines.
  5. Be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
