Your Role
As an Operational Senior People Partner, you will serve as a strategic linchpin, facilitating seamless people operations across various departments and locations. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers by offering insights and solutions on the employee lifecycle.
You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement People strategies to support overall business objectives, ensuring compliance with various employment-related legislations and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Working hands-on with people tasks and operations in a high-performance culture.
- Developing and implementing People strategies to support overall business objectives.
- Partnering with managers to provide strategic People support, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and feedback.
- Researching and building out best practices, educating the wider organization on people processes, employment law and encouraging employee well-being.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- +3 years of experience in a people/HR role.
- Record of successfully working with senior leaders and managers.
- Strong knowledge of people/HR practices and employment law.
- A great sense of fairness, empathy and accountability.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
