About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our ambitious Supply Chain Planning team at PARETO SECURITIES AS. This exciting opportunity is a maternity cover with an expected duration of approximately 12 months.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for the production order to cash process for a portfolio of suppliers. You will collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure all deliveries are carefully monitored, with any risks or delays promptly communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order management and addressing day-to-day execution tasks.
  • Monitoring delivery status from production from global suppliers.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as availability and supplier performance, within the warehouses, while providing support for root cause analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Responsible for an efficient and proactive approach to operational execution.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and providing relevant information across the value chain. Collaborate on weekly planning and order placement cycles.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering or similar. We imagine that you have:

  • +3 years of experience in planning, processes, supply planning, merchandising or supply chain development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems, such as Navision.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Solid understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Proficient in Power BI or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-17 CES. Please note that this position is for a specific period of time.
