Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and animating a team of experienced engineering projects managers
  • Supporting Supply Chain Vice Presidents and Business Partners in assessing business cases
  • Setting and driving alignment on KPIs across productivity, safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Working with Capex Procurement to develop, align, and execute project sourcing strategies
  • Assembling and managing project teams using internal and external resources & capabilities, managing communication to them and key stakeholders in the supply chain leadership team
  • Planning and managing project budgets and cash flows
  • Supporting local operations with project commissioning and managing the documentation to ensure the project is fully documented
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or + 15 years of experience in engineering roles where you have delivered complex technical projects
  • Prior experience from a dairy, food, or FMCG environment is preferred
  • You bring clear capabilities of managing all aspects of complex and challenging projects, with the ability to calmly deal with the unexpected
  • Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities are essential for this position
