About the Role:

MFT Energy A/S is seeking a skilled Trader for Intraday Power Trading to join our dynamic team. As a Trader, you will play a vital role in our trading team, responsible for trading and ensuring the smooth operation of all processes. You will participate in the development and execution of trading strategies and analyze market trends to identify profitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover a full-time position as part of the shift schedule
  • Daily trading and optimization of trading positions
  • Develop and implement trading strategies
  • Continuous risk evaluation of trader and algo positions
  • Question the status quo and share insights to optimize trading tools

Requirements:

  • AP, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a similar field
  • 0-2 years of experience as an energy trader
  • Driven by results and immediate feedback from colleagues and the market
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
