We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale SAP transformations in a multinational environment. You should have a strong track record of delivering tangible business outcomes and a passion for innovation, digital transformation.

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with our Technology Lead and Implementation Partner Lead to ensure implementation according to the selected methodology. You'll lead a cross-functional program team responsible for the transformation deliverables, including change management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities, with strong structuring, stakeholder management, and change management skills. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, Digital teams, and functional leads to define business needs, priorities, and success criteria.
