About the Role

As a seasoned business partner, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial and risk management of Novo Nordisk. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the global risk reporting and management process, actively following developments on key risk mitigations across the value chain.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, providing expert advice and guidance on strategic priorities. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English. A master's degree within business, economics, chemistry, supply chain, production, engineering or similar is required, along with 2-3 years of working experience.

The Group Reporting & Insights team is accountable for driving key decisions for Executive Management, the CFO, and the SVP of Business Finance. As part of owning the global financial processes, the team executes the risk reporting and management process and drives the overall enterprise risk management agenda in Novo Nordisk.
