Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Nordic team, based in Copenhagen. This role is part of the global sales organization and will be responsible for training, demos, onboarding, customer success, etc. across the 3Shape product portfolio in Nordics.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert-level training and consultancy to 3Shape customers in the Nordic region.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams at events, congresses, and exhibitions in Nordic countries, with approximately 30-50 travel days per year.
  • Maintain relationships with internal team members and external clients to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Trainer, or Application Specialist within the dental industry.
  • Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM and specifically with 3Shape hardware and software, including TRIOS and lab, is beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians.
  • Strong customer care and customer satisfaction mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and fluency in one of the Nordic languages.
  • Possess great communication skills, enthusiasm for traveling, and a constructive attitude.
