Omnichannel Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omnichannel Director to join our Commercial Marketing team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a successful omnichannel strategy for our GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Omnichannel Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that ensures an exceptional customer experience, maximizes portfolio value and reach, and enhances overall customer engagement across all touchpoints.
- Insights-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data-driven insights to customize omnichannel strategies for every customer, ensuring a seamless and consistent omnichannel experience.
- Campaign Development: Lead the development of visual identity brand/portfolio campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Brand Messaging: Oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio.
- Strategic Partnership: Provide customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design, and coordination as a strategic partner to the marketing and omnichannel teams.
- Channel Development: Identify and develop various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and excellent customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Life Sciences or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- People Management: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in people management.
- Marketing Strategy: Prior experience in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Omnichannel Strategy: Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
- Market Research: Robust understanding of market research and the ability to analyze consumer trends effectively.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Team Management: Proficiency in managing teams efficiently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
