Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Delivery Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and methodology of our client implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Project Management principles and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Work with consultants, project directors, and centre of excellence leads to ensure a consistent high-quality delivery approach.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practice processes and facilitate the identification and adoption of new and emerging best practices.
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation and intervene whenever necessary to address and resolve any problems, issues, or conflicts that may arise during a project.
Requirements
  1. Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Sound knowledge of Project Management and different Project Management styles.
  4. Participation in multiple large-scale projects.
  5. Expertise in Power Platform COE and governance components.
  6. Expert level Dynamics CRM experience from D365 Online onwards.
  7. Experience using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud computing platforms.
  8. Ability to speak with team members and clients at all levels within an organisation.
  9. Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process.
  10. Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
