About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating sales efforts by engaging with decision-makers, sparking interest in our product offering, and responding to early-stage customer inquiries. They will also collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach and sales processes.

This role requires strong communication skills, a drive to build meaningful relationships, and a genuine interest in climate action and renewable energy. Previous experience in sales or business development activities is an asset, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the first stage of our sales process by engaging in proactive prospecting and outreaches (one-to-one and at scale).
  • Conduct initial conversations with decision-makers and spark interest in our product offering.
  • Respond to early-stage customer inquiries, filter promising leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve our outreach and sales processes.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent sales pipeline.
  • Research target companies and key stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging.
  • Experiment with and optimize outreach strategies across email, phone, and social channels to improve conversion rates.
